Católica Global School of Law organizes the conference Sovereign Debt: Lessons from Greece by Professor Mitu Gulati (Duke University School of Law and  professor of the Advanced LL.M. in International Business Law).

Mitu Gulati has studied at the Universities of Chicago (AB), Yale (MA) and Harvard (JD). He is professor at Duke University Law School and one of the world's leading expert in financial law and sovereign debt. His research has been published in the most prestigious law journals, such as Yale Law Journal, Capital Markets Law Journal, Journal of Empirical Legal Studies and International Financial Law Review. Some of his writings are co-authored by Eric Posner, Lee Buchheit and Curtis Bradley, among others.
