Foi adjunta do Gabinete do Ministro da República (mais tarde Representante da República) para a Região Autónoma da Madeira de Setembro de 1997 a Abril de 2011. Investiga nas áreas de Teoria Geral do Direito Civil e Direito das Obrigações. Maria Gabriela Páris Fernandes is Lecturer at the Lisbon School of Law of the Portuguese Catholic Univerity. She was Advisor of the Minister of the Republic/Representative of the Republic for the Autonomous Region of Madeira between September 1997 and April 2011. She does research in the fields of Civil, Contract and Torts Law. | ||
